Mouse PGF/PlGF Recombinant Protein (C-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in mammalian cells, spanning Val19-Pro158, with a C-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 18.80 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Placenta growth factor is a ~17 kDa protein. Growth factor active in angiogenesis and endothelial cell growth, stimulating their proliferation and migration. For research use only.
It binds to the receptor FLT1/VEGFR-1. Also promotes cell tumor growth.
