Mouse SERPINB2 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Gly47-Pro415, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 43.55 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Plasminogen activator inhibitor 2, macrophage is a ~46 kDa protein. Inhibits urokinase-type plasminogen activator. For research use only.
The monocyte derived PAI-2 is distinct from the endothelial cell-derived PAI-1. Not required for normal murine development or survival.
