Description
Mouse SERPINE1 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Mouse SERPINE1 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Thr23-Pro402, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 45.24 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 is a ~45 kDa protein. Serine protease inhibitor. For research use only.
Inhibits TMPRSS7. Is a primary inhibitor of tissue-type plasminogen activator (PLAT) and urokinase-type plasminogen activator (PLAU). As PLAT inhibitor, it is required for fibrinolysis down-regulation and is responsible for the controlled degradation of blood clots. As PLAU inhibitor, it is involved in the regulation of cell adhesion and spreading.
