Mouse SERPING1 Recombinant Protein (C-His)
Mouse SERPING1 Recombinant Protein (C-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in mammalian cells, spanning Asp23-Gly504, with a C-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 56.13 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Plasma protease C1 inhibitor is a ~55 kDa protein. Serine protease inhibitor, which acrs as a regulator of the classical complement pathway. For research use only.
Forms a proteolytically inactive stoichiometric complex with the C1r or C1s proteases. May also regulate blood coagulation, fibrinolysis and the generation of kinins. Very efficient inhibitor of FXIIa. Inhibits chymotrypsin and kallikrein.
