Mouse STK26 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Glu21-Gly298, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 33.74 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Modulates apoptosis. In association with STK24 negatively regulates Golgi reorientation in polarized cell migration upon RHO activation. Phosphorylates ATG4B at 'Ser-383', thereby increasing autophagic flux. Part of the striatin-interacting phosphatase and kinase (STRIPAK) complexes.
