Mouse TAPBPL Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Gln33-Pro406, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 42.82 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Tapasin-related protein (TAPBPL) is a ~48 kDa protein. Component of the antigen processing and presentation pathway, which binds to MHC class I coupled with beta2-microglobulin/B2M. Association between TAPBPR and MHC class I occurs in the absence of a functional peptide-loading complex (PLC). Expression seems to slow down and down-regulate MHC class I surface expression.
