Description
Mouse ZNRF3 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Mouse ZNRF3 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Lys53-Pro207, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 19.27 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase ZNRF3 is a ~98 kDa protein. E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that acts as a negative regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway by mediating the ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of Wnt receptor complex components Frizzled and LRP6. For research use only.
Acts on both canonical and non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway. Acts as a tumor suppressor in the intestinal stem cell zone by inhibiting the Wnt signaling pathway, thereby restricting the size of the intestinal stem cell zone. Along with RSPO2 and RNF43, constitutes a master switch that governs limb specification.
