Anti-drug antibodies are a central readout in biotherapeutic development, where immunogenicity against a molecule such as Pertuzumab can alter clearance, exposure and clinical response. This clone is characterised as neutralizing, inhibiting the interaction of Pertuzumab with its target, which makes it suited to neutralising-antibody assay controls and potency work.
