Rat NFKB-p65 (Nuclear Factor Kappa B p65) ELISA Kit
The Rat NFKB-p65 (Nuclear Factor Kappa B p65) ELISA Kit is specifically designed to quantitatively assess the levels of NFKB-p65 in various rat biological samples. NFKB-p65, also known as RelA, is a key subunit of the nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) transcription factor complex involved in regulating genes related to inflammation, immunity, cell survival, and various disease processes. Its pivotal role in orchestrating cellular responses to stimuli makes it a significant target for investigating inflammatory pathways, immune modulation, and disease pathogenesis. Accurate measurement of NFKB-p65 levels through this ELISA kit provides researchers with valuable insights into the activation and regulation of NF-κB signaling, offering a deeper understanding of its involvement in various physiological and pathological conditions. By elucidating the intricate mechanisms governed by NFKB-p65, researchers can unravel its significance in immune responses, inflammatory disorders, and potential therapeutic interventions targeted at NF-κB pathways. The Rat NFKB-p65 ELISA Kit by Assay Genie assures exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing dependable and reproducible results. With robust performance and user-friendly protocols, this kit emerges as an excellent choice for research endeavors seeking to decipher the complex landscape of NF-κB signaling and its implications in health and disease.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to the target protein. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and bind to the immobilized antibody. A biotinylated detection antibody specific to the target protein is then added, followed by Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well, resulting in a color change. Only wells containing the target protein, detection antibody, and HRP conjugate will develop a blue color. The reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution, resulting in a yellow color. The optical density (OD) is measured at 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is directly proportional to the concentration of the target protein in the sample and is determined using a standard curve.
