Rat RBP3 Recombinant Protein (N-His)

Rat RBP3 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Val916-Ala1234, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 36.94 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Retinol-binding protein 3 is a ~134 kDa protein. IRBP shuttles 11-cis and all trans retinoids between the retinol isomerase in the pigment epithelium and the visual pigments in the photoreceptor cells of the retina. For research use only.
