The Recombinant AIM2 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110901) against AIM2. AIM2 is a member of the IFI20X /IFI16 family. It plays a putative role in tumorigenic reversion and may control cell proliferation. Interferon-gamma induces expression of AIM2. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by IHC analysis of Human tonsil. The target is localized to the Nucleus. Cytoplasm, activated inflammasomes can aggregate in the cytosol as speck-like particles.
