The Recombinant Alkaline Phosphatase Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C713313) against Alkaline Phosphatase. There are at least four distinct but related alkaline phosphatases: intestinal, placental, placental-like, and liver/bone/kidney (tissue non-specific). The first three are located together on chromosome 2, while the tissue non-specific form is located on chromosome 1. The product of this gene is a membrane bound glycosylated enzyme that is not expressed in any particular tissue and is, therefore, referred to as the tissue-nonspecific form of the enzyme. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Hela, C6 and IF analysis of Human lung cancer, Hela. The target is localized to the cell membrane.
