Recombinant Alpha B Crystallin Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Alpha B Crystallin Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C711057) against Alpha B Crystallin. Mammalian lens crystallins are divided into alpha, beta, and gamma families. Alpha crystallins are composed of two gene products: alpha-A and alpha-B, for acidic and basic, respectively. Alpha crystallins can be induced by heat shock and are members of the small heat shock protein (HSP20) family. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P and ICC/IF applications. It has been validated by IF analysis of HeLa. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, nucleus, secreted.
