Recombinant ASK1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant ASK1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C210432) against ASK1. Mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling cascades include MAPK or extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK), MAPK kinase (MKK or MEK), and MAPK kinase kinase (MAPKKK or MEKK). MAPKK kinase/MEKK phosphorylates and activates its downstream protein kinase, MAPK kinase/MEK, which in turn activates MAPK. The kinases of these signaling cascades are highly conserved, and homologs exist in yeast, Drosophila, and mammalian cells. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Mouse samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of SiHa. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
