Recombinant BAG2 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant BAG2 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C131379) against BAG2. BAG2, as one co-chaperone for HSP70 and HSC70 chaperone proteins, could act as a nucleotide-exchange factor (NEF) promoting the release of ADP from the HSP70 and HSC70 proteins thereby triggering client/substrate protein release. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, Jurkat, Mouse testis, Rat testis. The target is localized to the cytosol, cytoskeleton.
