Recombinant Bax Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Bax Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110600) against Bax. The protein encoded by BAX (BCL2 associated X, apoptosis regulator) belongs to the BCL2 protein family. BCL2 family members form hetero- or homodimers and act as anti- or pro-apoptotic regulators that are involved in a wide variety of cellular activities. This protein forms a heterodimer with BCL2, and functions as an apoptotic activator. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, Hep G2, Raji, Jurkat, RAW 264.7, C2C12, Mouse spleen, Mouse kindey, C6, Rat spleen, Rat heart and IHC analysis of Rat kidney. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, nuclear.
