Recombinant Bcl2 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Bcl2 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C323211) against Bcl2. BCL2 belongs to the Bcl-2 family. It suppresses apoptosis in a variety of cell systems including factor-dependent lymphohematopoietic and neural cells. BCL2 regulates cell death by controlling the mitochondrial membrane permeability. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IHC-P applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Jurkat, Hela and IHC analysis of Human breast cancer. The target is localized to the Mitochondrion outer membrane. Nucleus membrane. Endoplasmic reticulum membrane.
