Recombinant Bim Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Bim Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110436) against Bim. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the BCL-2 protein family. BCL-2 family members form hetero- or homodimers and act as anti- or pro-apoptotic regulators that are involved in a wide variety of cellular activities. The protein encoded by this gene contains a Bcl-2 homology domain 3 (BH3). Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of 3T3-L1 and IHC analysis of Human lung carcinoma. The target is localized to the endomembrane.
