Recombinant CCR6 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant CCR6 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C321082) against CCR6. Receptor for the C-C type chemokine CCL20. Binds to CCL20 and subsequently transduces a signal by increasing the intracellular calcium ion levels. Although CCL20 is its major ligand it can also act as a receptor for non-chemokine ligands such as beta-defensins. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IHC applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, Raji, HL-60 and IHC analysis of Human tonsil. The target is localized to the membrane.
