Recombinant CD103 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant CD103 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C121083) against CD103. Integrin alpha-E/beta-7 is a receptor for E-cadherin. It mediates adhesion of intra-epithelial T-lymphocytes to epithelial cell monolayers. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IHC-P applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Mouse spleen, Mouse lymph node, Rat lymph node. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
