The Recombinant CD11c Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C310796) against CD11c. This gene encodes the integrin alpha X chain protein. Integrins are heterodimeric integral membrane proteins composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain. This protein combines with the beta 2 chain (ITGB2) to form a leukocyte-specific integrin referred to as inactivated-C3b (iC3b) receptor 4 (CR4). Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of THP-1 and IHC analysis of Human tonsil. The target is localized to the membrane, Single-pass type I membrane protein.
