Recombinant CD23 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant CD23 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C341094) against CD23. Low-affinity receptor for immunoglobulin E (IgE) and CR2/CD21. Has essential roles in the regulation of IgE production and in the differentiation of B-cells (it is a B-cell-specific antigen). Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for IHC, IF and FCM applications. It has been validated by IHC analysis of Human spleen, Human spleen, IF analysis of Raji, Daudi and FCM analysis of Raji. The target is localized to the membrane.
