Recombinant CD3D Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant CD3D Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C311435) against CD3D. CD3D is a component of the TCR-CD3 complex, which is present on T-lymphocyte cell surface that plays an essential role in adaptive immune response. When antigen presenting cells (APCs) activate T-cell receptor (TCR), TCR-mediated signals are transmitted across the cell membrane by the CD3 chains CD3D, CD3E, CD3G and CD3Z. All CD3 chains contain immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motifs (ITAMs) in their cytoplasmic domain. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, FCM and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of THP-1(Negative control), Jurkat, HuT-78, MOLT-4, IHC analysis of Human tonsil, IF analysis of Jurkat, FCM analysis of Jurkat, THP-1(Negative cell line) and IP analysis of Jurkat cells extracts. The target is localized to the membrane.
