The Recombinant CD42b Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C311467) against CD42b. CD42b, also named as GP1BA, is a 145-kDa surface membrane protein of platelets, participates in the formation of platelet plugs by binding to the A1 domain of vWF, which is already bound to the subendothelium. It has a heterodimer form which composed of GP1BA and GP1BB. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Human heart (Negative control), Human platelet, IHC analysis of Human spleen and IF analysis of Jurkat. The target is localized to the membrane.
