Recombinant CD45 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant CD45 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C310531) against CD45. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family. PTPs are known to be signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, mitosis, and oncogenic transformation. This PTP contains an extracellular domain, a single transmembrane segment and two tandem intracytoplasmic catalytic domains, and thus is classified as a receptor type PTP. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Jurkat and IHC analysis of Human tonsils. The target is localized to the membrane.
