Recombinant CD70 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant CD70 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C331460) against CD70. CD70 is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily (TNFSF), also known as CD27L and TNFSF7. It is normally expressed on medullary thymic epithelial cells. Its expression is induced on activated lymphoid cells (B cells, T cells, and NK cells) and dendritic cells. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of SH-SY5Y(Negative control), SK-OV-3. The target is localized to the membrane.
