Recombinant CD83 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant CD83 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C370013) against CD83. The protein encoded by this gene is a single-pass type I membrane protein and member of the immunoglobulin superfamily of receptors. The encoded protein may be involved in the regulation of antigen presentation. A soluble form of this protein can bind to dendritic cells and inhibit their maturation. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, ICC/IF and FC applications. The target is localized to the cell membrane.
