Recombinant CD90 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant CD90 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C210230) against CD90. This gene encodes a cell surface glycoprotein and member of the immunoglobulin superfamily of proteins. The encoded protein is involved in cell adhesion and cell communication in numerous cell types, but particularly in cells of the immune and nervous systems. The encoded protein is widely used as a marker for hematopoietic stem cells. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Mouse samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of SH-SY5Y. The target is localized to the cell membrane, lipid-anchor, GPI-anchor.
