Recombinant CDK2 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant CDK2 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110621) against CDK2. This gene encodes a member of a family of serine/threonine protein kinases that participate in cell cycle regulation. The encoded protein is the catalytic subunit of the cyclin-dependent protein kinase complex, which regulates progression through the cell cycle. Activity of this protein is especially critical during the G1 to S phase transition. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Jurkat and IHC analysis of Human tonsil tissue. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
