Recombinant CDX2 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant CDX2 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110869) against CDX2. This gene is a member of the caudal-related homeobox transcription factor gene family. The encoded protein is a major regulator of intestine-specific genes involved in cell growth an differentiation. This protein also plays a role in early embryonic development of the intestinal tract. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by IHC analysis of Human stomach adenocarcinoma. The target is localized to the nucleus.
