Recombinant Chromogranin A Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Chromogranin A Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110613) against Chromogranin A. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the chromogranin/secretogranin family of neuroendocrine secretory proteins. It is found in secretory vesicles of neurons and endocrine cells. This gene product is a precursor to three biologically active peptides; vasostatin, pancreastatin, and parastatin. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of SH-SY5Y and IHC analysis of Human pancreas tissue, Mouse pancreas tissue, Mouse pancreas. The target is localized to the secreted.
