Recombinant CSDE1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant CSDE1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C721685) against CSDE1. CSDE1 is a highly conserved RNA-binding protein involved in translationally coupled mRNA turnover. Implicated with other RNA-bindingproteins in the cytoplasmic deadenylation/translational and decay interplay of the FOS mRNA mediated by the major coding-regiondeterminant of instability (mCRD) domain. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, FCM and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of MCF-7,?K562, HEK-293, IHC analysis of Rat cerebrum, FCM analysis of HeLa and IP analysis of HeLa cells extracts. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
