Recombinant EGFR Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant EGFR Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110467) against EGFR. The protein encoded by this gene is a transmembrane glycoprotein that is a member of the protein kinase superfamily. This protein is a receptor for members of the epidermal growth factor family. EGFR is a cell surface protein that binds to epidermal growth factor. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Hela and IHC analysis of Mouse salivary gland. The target is localized to the membrane.
