Recombinant ENO1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant ENO1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C113240) against ENO1. Enolase is an important glycolytic enzyme involved in the interconversion of 2-phosphoglycerate to phosphoenolpyruvate. Enolase were down-regulated in oxLDL-treated cells or in VLDL-treated cells. And it identified which are associated with glucose metabolism were down-regulated in the process of foam cells formation. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Jurkat, Rat Rat Brain, C6, Hela and IF analysis of Human tonsil, Hela. The target is localized to the Nucleus and Cytoplasm. Cell membrane. Cytoplasm>myofibril>sarcomere>M line. Can translocate to the plasma membrane in either the homodimeric (alpha/alpha) or heterodimeric (alpha/gamma) form. ENO1 is localized to the M line.
