Recombinant EpCAM Monoclonal Antibody
The Recombinant EpCAM Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110623) against EpCAM. This gene encodes a carcinoma-associated antigen and is a member of a family that includes at least two type I membrane proteins. This antigen is expressed on most normal epithelial cells and gastrointestinal carcinomas and functions as a homotypic calcium-independent cell adhesion molecule. The antigen is being used as a target for immunotherapy treatment of human carcinomas. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HCT-116 and IHC analysis of Human liver tissue, Mouse colon tissue, Rat prostate. The target is localized to the membrane.
