Recombinant ERG Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant ERG Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111337) against ERG. ERG is a transcriptional regulator. It may participate in transcriptional regulation through the recruitment of SETDB1 histone methyltransferase and subsequent modification of local chromatin structure. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and FCM applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Jurkat, IHC analysis of Human kidney, Human prostate cancer, Mouse cerebrum, Rat kidney, IF analysis of THP-1 and FCM analysis of THP-1. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, nucleus.
