Recombinant ERP72/PDIA4 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant ERP72/PDIA4 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C220196) against PDIA4. This gene encodes a member of the disulfide isomerase (PDI) family of endoplasmic reticulum (ER) proteins that catalyze protein folding and thiol-disulfide interchange reactions. The encoded protein has an N-terminal ER-signal sequence, three catalytically active thioredoxin (TRX) domains, two TRX-like domains and a C-terminal ER-retention sequence. This protein, when bound to cyclophilin B, enhances the rate of immunoglobulin G intermolecular disulfide bonding and antibody assembly. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Mouse samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IHC-P applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, A549, NIH/3T3, RAW264.7, Mouse liver.
