Recombinant Factor XIIIa Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Factor XIIIa Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111142) against Factor XIIIa. Factor XIII (Factor XIII) is the last protease activated in the coagulation cascade. Coagulation factor XIII is composed of 2 A subunits (F13A) with catalytic function and 2 non-catalytic B subunits (F13B). Coagulation factor XIII is the zymogen of fibrin ligase, which is a kind of transglutaminase, which can catalyze the formation of γ-glutamyl-ε-lysine cross-linking reaction between fibrin chains, thereby stabilizing the fibrin clot. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Human plasma, IHC analysis of Human placenta, Human Hodgkin lymphoma, Mouse testis, Rat testis and IF analysis of A549, MCF-7. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, cytosol, extracellular region or secreted.
