The Recombinant Fas Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C310638) against Fas. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. This receptor contains a death domain. It has been shown to play a central role in the physiological regulation of programmed cell death, and has been implicated in the pathogenesis of various malignancies and diseases of the immune system. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa and IHC analysis of Human tonsil tissue. The target is localized to the membranous.
