Recombinant FBXW7 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant FBXW7 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C341144) against FBXW7. Substrate recognition component of a SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. Recognizes and binds phosphorylated sites/phosphodegrons within target proteins and thereafter bring them to the SCF complex for ubiquitination. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for IHC and IF applications. It has been validated by IHC analysis of Human breast cancer, Human colon and IF analysis of HeLa, MCF7. The target is localized to the nucleus.
