Recombinant FGFR3 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant FGFR3 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C331406) against FGFR3. Fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 is a member of the fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) family, with its amino acid sequence being highly conserved between members and among divergent species. The FGFR proteins are involved in a wide array of pathways known to play a significant role in cancer. Activation of these receptors can lead to activation of the RAS-MAPK pathway and the PI3K-AKT pathway, among others. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HepG2, HEK-293, K562, MCF-7 and IP analysis of HEK-293 cells extracts. The target is localized to the membrane.
