Recombinant Flotillin-1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Flotillin-1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110334) against Flotillin-1. This gene encodes an protein that localizes to the caveolae, which are small domains on the inner cell membranes. This protein plays a role in vesicle trafficking and cell morphology. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Hela. The target is localized to the membrane.
