Recombinant Glucocorticoid Receptor Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Glucocorticoid Receptor Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110626) against Glucocorticoid Receptor. This gene encodes glucocorticoid receptor, which can function both as a transcription factor that binds to glucocorticoid response elements in the promoters of glucocorticoid responsive genes to activate their transcription, and as a regulator of other transcription factors. This receptor is typically found in the cytoplasm, but upon ligand binding, is transported into the nucleus. It is involved in inflammatory responses, cellular proliferation, and differentiation in target tissues. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of U-251 MG and IHC analysis of Human liver tissue, Rat liver tissue. The target is localized to the nucleus.
