Recombinant GNB2 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant GNB2 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C171158) against GNB2. Guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (G proteins) are involved as a modulator or transducer in various transmembrane signaling systems. The beta and gamma chains are required for the GTPase activity, for replacement of GDP by GTP, and for G protein-effector interaction. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, SH-SY5Y, Raw264.7, Rat spleen and IF analysis of HeLa. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
