Recombinant GRP94 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant GRP94 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111165) against GRP94. Molecular chaperone that functions in the processing and transport of secreted proteins. When associated with CNPY3, required for proper folding of Toll-like receptors. Functions in endoplasmic reticulum associated degradation (ERAD). Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, MCF-7, MOLT-4, Rat brian, Mouse brain, IF analysis of MCF7, IHC analysis of Human colon cancer, Human lung squamous carcinoma and IP analysis of HeLa cells extracts. The target is localized to the endoplasmic reticulum.
