Recombinant hCG beta Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant hCG beta Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C351167) against hCG beta. Beta subunit of the human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). hCG is a complex glycoprotein composed of two glycosylated subunits alpha and beta which are non-covalently associated. The alpha subunit is identical to those in the pituitary gonadotropin hormones (LH, FSH and TSH). The beta subunits are distinct in each of the hormones and confer receptor and biological specificity. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for IHC and FCM applications. It has been validated by IHC analysis of Human placenta, Human kidney(Negative tissue) and FCM analysis of U-2 OS. The target is localized to the secreted.
