Recombinant HMGA1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant HMGA1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C211356) against HMGA1. HMGA1 a chromatin-associated protein involved in the regulation of gene transcription, integration of retroviruses into chromosomes, and the metastatic progression of cancer cells. HMGA1 preferentially binds to the minor groove of AT-rich regions in double-stranded DNA. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Mouse samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC and IF applications. It has been validated by IHC analysis of Mouse testis, Human bladder cancer, Human testis, IF analysis of MCF7 and WB analysis of A549, NCCIT. The target is localized to the nucleus.
