Recombinant Homer1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Homer1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C121179) against Homer1. Postsynaptic density scaffolding protein. Binds and cross-links cytoplasmic regions of GRM1, GRM5, ITPR1, DNM3, RYR1, RYR2, SHANK1 and SHANK3. By physically linking GRM1 and GRM5 with ER-associated ITPR1 receptors, it aids the coupling of surface receptors to intracellular calcium release. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Rat brain, Mouse brain. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, cytosol.
