Recombinant HSF1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant HSF1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110114) against HSF1. The product of this gene is a transcription factor that is rapidly induced after temperature stress and binds heat shock promoter elements (HSE). This protein plays a role in the regulation of lifespan. Expression of this gene is repressed by phsphorylation, which promotes binding by heat shock protein 90. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, A431, K562.
