Recombinant Hsp60 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Hsp60 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110633) against Hsp60. This gene encodes a member of the chaperonin family. The encoded mitochondrial protein may function as a signaling molecule in the innate immune system. This protein is essential for the folding and assembly of newly imported proteins in the mitochondria. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Hela and IHC analysis of Human liver tissue, Rat liver tissue, Rat mammary gland. The target is localized to the mitochondrion matrix.
